We test,
we don't guess.
Fifteen panels for licensed healthcare providers. Some we run ourselves by flow cytometry in our Bangkok laboratory; the rest go to international reference laboratories we name up front.
Where providers usually start
One standard, whichever bench runs it
Progenic began as a referral service, and still refers — to named laboratories, for panels no single site runs well. We now also run assays in our own licensed clinic. Running the bench ourselves tells us what a result costs to produce; referring out means we are never limited to what we happen to own.

What a laboratory partner should actually do

Clinical questions go to a clinician
Panel choice, sample handling and borderline results are answered by a registered practitioner at the clinic, not a ticket queue. Mon–Sat, 9:00–17:00 Bangkok time.

We run the flow cytometry ourselves
Treg immunophenotyping, EDIM and AMANDUS are performed in our licensed clinic on Rama 3, by flow cytometry and immunofluorescence. Kits leave from the same address, tracked to the laboratory.

Interpretation ships with the result
8 panels come with a full sectioned interpretation guide — reference tables, peer-reviewed citations, what the ranges mean. Four reference guides are downloadable now; the rest are in preparation.

Who runs your samples
Every panel is processed at a named international laboratory. We tell you which one on every test page, along with its certification.
Before you send a first specimen
Bring us a case
Tell us the clinical question and we will tell you which panel answers it, which laboratory runs it, and when we would not test at all.
