Ordering a panel is easy. Using it isn’t.
Progenic Biotech supplies functional and specialty laboratory testing to licensed healthcare providers in Thailand. We run part of it ourselves and refer the rest to laboratories we name. Either way, the report has to be usable.
Functional testing is easy to sell and hard to use. A provider can order a 90-analyte panel in two clicks, then spend an hour with the report working out which four markers matter for the patient sitting in front of them. The ordering was never the problem. The interpretation is where the value is, and that is the part most suppliers leave to you.
Progenic did not start with a laboratory. It started as a referral service, matching a clinical question to whichever laboratory was best placed to answer it. The laboratory came later: a licensed clinic on Rama 3 running flow cytometry and immunofluorescence, including Treg immunophenotyping, EDIM and AMANDUS. Running assays ourselves changed how we read everyone else’s.
Doing both keeps us honest. Because we run assays, we know what a result costs in time, controls and repeat work, and we can vouch for the ones we produce. Because we also refer, we are not limited to what our own machines can do, and we have nothing to gain by talking a provider out of a panel we cannot run. Fifteen panels, eleven laboratories, one point of contact.

We name the laboratory
Every panel says where the work is done — our own clinic, or the partner site by name. If a sample crosses a border, you know which one, and so does your patient.

Interpretation travels with the result
Eight panels carry a full sectioned guide with reference tables and peer-reviewed citations. For the rest, ask us. A report you cannot act on is a cost, not a service.

We say what tests cannot do
These are functional and wellness panels. They describe patterns; they do not diagnose, screen for or rule out disease, and most are not registered as medical devices in Thailand. We say so before you order, including for our own assays.
